Order Processing & Production

At Milagros Jewel, we take pride in meticulously handcrafted jewelry. Because our pieces are made specifically for you, please review our timeline below:

  • Made-to-Order Items (Standard): The majority of our items, including engagement rings, are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks (10-14 business days) for production and quality control before your item is shipped.
  • Custom & Unique Designs: For highly customized designs, production may take longer than 2 weeks. We will communicate the exact timeline with you directly.
  • In-Stock Items: Select items are ready to ship and will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please Note: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any public holidays.
STEP 2

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your jewelry has finished production and passes our quality check, it will be shipped. You will receive an automated email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

  • Standard Free Shipping (US): We offer free shipping throughout the United States. All orders are fully insured. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1 week (5-7 business days).
  • Total Timeline: For a standard made-to-order ring, please expect a total of approximately 3 weeks from the date you place your order until it arrives at your door.
  • Shipping Options: Various carrier options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options might not be free.

Signature Requirements & Security

Important: Please make sure to check your package for any damage or tampering before signing for or accepting it.

To ensure your fine jewelry is delivered to you safely, we always insist on shipping with a signature required upon delivery for all our orders.

At the time of delivery, please be available to acknowledge the delivery and, if applicable, show a government-issued photo ID. (Note: Carrier guidelines occasionally allow drivers to leave a package without requesting a signature if the neighborhood is deemed highly secure).

Packaging & Gift Options

Our premium packaging includes a certificate of authenticity and an elegant jewelry box.

  • All orders placed on milagrosjewel.com are eligible for complimentary gift packing at no extra cost.
  • For gift packing, we will beautifully wrap the box and include your suggested notes printed with your special message.
  • Your message will be printed exactly how it is entered, so please make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used!

We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it’s a gift for yourself. Note: We will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.
