Every Milagros jewellery piece is handcrafted using carefully selected, superior-quality materials and undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. But our commitment does not end there. We also help maintain your Milagros jewellery piece for a lifetime.

Complimentary Services Under Our Lifetime Warranty:

Cleaning
Re-polishing
Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
Re-rhodium plating

What Is Not Covered:

Bends, chips, damages, deformation, dents, scratches, etc. caused by accidents, misuse or negligent use of the product.
Wear and tear, and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use.
Repairs, resizing, engraving, etc. performed by any jeweller other than Milagros (this will void the warranty).
Slight imperfections or variations arising from handcrafting, or natural properties of metals or gemstones such as colour variations and inclusions (these are not considered manufacturing defects).

Need Additional Service?

If you believe there is a problem with your jewellery or need services not covered under the Lifetime Warranty, please return the product along with all loose parts (if any) for inspection. After evaluation, we will inform you of any applicable service charges before proceeding with the repair.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges related to Lifetime Warranty services are your responsibility. You may:

Choose to pay for insured shipping yourself
Request an insured shipping label from us for $35 plus taxes
