Hold for Pickup & Alternative Delivery Options

If you are unable to receive the delivery at home or the purchase is a surprise gift, you may request for the package to be held at the shipping center.

• The package will be held for up to 5 business days.
• You or your designated person must collect it within this period.
• The designated person must be 21 years or older and present valid ID for verification.

Order Cancellation & Changes

We strive to accommodate your requests for cancellation or changes before the order is shipped. Please note:

• Requested changes may result in a delayed delivery.
• If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
• If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you may return it as per our Return Policy.
