Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Engraved jewellery items are also eligible for returns.

To request a return shipping label and generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, email us at service@milagrosjewel.com. A fully insured, free return label will be emailed to your registered email address. Each customer is eligible for one free return label per order.

Products not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Damaged, modified, or already worn items
  • Items not listed on our website or specially crafted on request
  • Items repaired, resized, or engraved by another jeweller

Important: All items must be returned with free gifts and certificates in the original packaging. Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after receipt. Our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the items, and additional charges may apply depending on item condition or selected resolution. You will be notified of any charges before processing.

Returns After 30 Days:

  • 20% restocking fee will be charged
  • Not eligible for a free return label
  • Customer bears shipping costs
  • Contact Customer Service to request a shipping label (if needed)

Refund Policy

Once processed, your refund (excluding delivery charges) will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 8–12 business days to appear in your account.

For partial returns, you will be refunded only for the returned items. If a free gift is not returned, its listed value will be deducted from your refund. If certificates are missing, $250 will be deducted.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Pack Your Jewellery Securely: Use original packaging or a sturdy box. Include a note with your name, order number, and specify if the item is for return, exchange, resizing, or repair.
  • Include RMA Number: Must be written on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without RMA, beyond the 30-day window, or improperly packaged/uninsured will not be accepted.
  • Do Not Mention "Milagros" on the outside of the box for security reasons.

Insuring Your Shipment

We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for its full purchase value. Milagros is not liable for lost or stolen items.

With our free return service: The provided shipping label includes insurance.

Without our free return service:

  • Expedited return shipping is available.
  • If you ship on your own, you won't be charged for a re-shipping label.
  • If you prefer us to provide a one-way label, it costs $35 + taxes (USA only).
  • We will cover re-shipping charges.
