Repair Policy

Within 45 Days of Delivery:

• No charges for repair or shipping.
• Get your free shipping label by emailing service@milagrosjewel.com.
• Use subject line: “Repair” with your order number.

After 45 Days:

• Contact our Customer Service Team.
• You may use services under our Lifetime Warranty.
• Shipping and insurance charges (both ways) are your responsibility.

Complimentary Services

• Re-polishing and cleaning of jewellery
• Gemstone or diamond tightening
• Rhodium re-plating
• Ring resizing (conditions apply)

Ring Resizing Policy

First Resizing (within 1 year): One free resizing included.

Within 30 Days of Purchase:

• Free shipping both ways.

After 30 Days:

• Ship the package yourself (no re-shipping fee), or
• Purchase a one-way shipping label from us for $35 + taxes. We’ll cover re-shipping.

Subsequent Resizings:

• Standard resizing fee: $50
• If the ring needs to be remade due to a major size change, charges may vary.
• Customer Service will provide exact pricing if applicable.
