Solitaire Engagement Rings

The Milagros Guide

Lab grown diamond solitaire engagement rings, made to order in New York

A solitaire is a ring with one center diamond and nothing competing for attention. It is the most timeless engagement ring style and it pairs easily with almost any wedding band. Our solitaires come in every popular shape, with plain bands or a row of small diamonds along the band.

How to choose a solitaire

  • 01Shape first

Round gives the most sparkle; oval and pear look longer on the hand; emerald and radiant give a clean, modern outline.

  • 02Prongs

Four prongs show more of the diamond. Six prongs hold it more securely.

  • 03Band

A thinner band makes the center diamond look larger. A pavé band adds sparkle without hiding the center stone.

Our promise

Every center stone comes with its own IGI report, and the report number is laser-inscribed on the diamond. Choose 10K, 14K or 18K gold, or platinum on many designs. Each ring is made to order at our New York office and arrives in 12–14 business days, with free insured shipping in the US.

Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. A lab grown diamond has the same chemical makeup, hardness and sparkle as a mined diamond. It is grown in a lab instead of being mined.

Will a wedding band sit flush with my solitaire?

Most solitaires sit high enough for a straight wedding band to sit right next to them. Ask us if you want to check a pairing.

Can I see a ring in person?

Yes. Book an appointment at our office at 580 5th Ave, Suite 2300, New York, or meet us on a video call.
